What The Client Wanted
Here is a job that Advanced Refurbishments completed for ICS. The project we were working on was for the brand new Eco Park in Shepperton, Surrey. The Eco Park is set to provide the North of the county with more sustainable and cost-effective ways of treating waste. It plans to divert more waste from entering landfill sites and includes new technology set to turn household waste into gas, which can then be burnt and used or powering more than 8,000 homes. The park will also provide at least 40 new permanent jobs for locals and over 300 during the construction of the site.
What We Did
Having previously completed a job for this project back in February, where we sprayed 67 panels green in our Spray Booth, we then returned to the site to repair and respray the remaining sign panels. We were required to remove all of the flaky paint and sand the panels back to bare metal. Our team then treated the affected areas with a form of rust treatment and resprayed everything in the colour RAL 110 7070.
